Hey everyone i hope you had a fun valentines day and that you spent it with someone you love (:
My valentines day was not what I had expected AT ALL. Friday the 13th (creepy i know, right?) i went over to Stevens car and stuffed it with red balloons and a cookie cake and luckily nothing went wrong there. However later that night I went for a run and got a call from my manager saying that he wanted me to come in Saturday for a little bit in the morning, so much for the romantic breakfast I was going to make Steven right? Well i do need the money and Steven would understand so i agreed to come in and Steven and i would do our thing later. So that morning i get up and i had fallen asleep and completely forgot to call him and tell him i couldnt do breakfast. But who was at my front door? Steven. So we talk and then sprint on over to atami for work.
After work he picks me up and i think that we are going to do something now for our valentines day but no we end up going to his parents house. "It's only going to be for lunch babe." 5 hours later we leave his house and our going to see He's Just Not That Into You, but then a friend calls me upset and i ditch my date night with the boyfriend.
So after all the drama Steven and I eat a romantic dinner at cookout then watch Must Love Dogs and I fall asleep.

The begining of the end
Hey im amanda, thanks for checking out my blog! My blog is going to be about the eventful things that happen throughout my week and weekend that I find amusing. I love telling stories especially when they some how involve me and something unfortunate that happens to me ha.
This weekend started off amazingly! i went up to visit NC State and UNCG, both perspective colleges of mine, and the trip was great. Steven and I were able to check out both campuses, see friends and see which college would be the fit for me. Well when were all done with the college visits we headed back home so that we both could get ready for a birthday dinner at The Cheesecake Factory. After spending over 7 hours in the car in the past 24 hours, we then headed down to The Cheesecake Factory(another 45 minutes in the car). We got to the restaurant and had to wait 2 HOURS FOR THE BUZZER ALONE! This is when i realized what a long night we had ahead of us. Finally we were seated and ordered our food as soon as we sat down; by the way I think that its ridiculous to pay $12 just for a turkey club. Anyway dinner was nice and we all had a good time, the bills came and so did the cheesecake, yumm. Well I didnt order any cheesecake sadly because im a broke almost college student who doesnt work nearly enough, but I was able to grab a bite of my friends cookie dough cheesecake. So i have this thing called a terrible peanut/almond/cashew/WALNUT allergy, and luckily for me, this cheesecake held the worst one, a walnut. Why the heck is there walnuts in cookie dough cheesecake! So Steven sprints out to his car and speeds up to the curb where i was and basically carries me into the car and speeds of to the wonderful walgreens that saved my life. I was able to get medicine even though i was trying to get an epi pen because you know my throat closes and all but that was a major fail. Through all the scrambling i was able to take the medicine but uh whoops...toke to much.
So Steven and I were heading on home and we stopped at a stoplight and he looked at me and said "Besides the last 15 minutes this weekend been a lot of fun" i looked at him and smiled then looked up and saw that it was a full moon and i was like oh boyyy its not over yet. Just then the light turned green and Steven went to switch gears but oh guess what with my luck the clutch had given out. Perfect right? Well the rest of the evening involved Steven, Brian, Tam and I pushing Stevens car around south Charlotte trying to trick stoplight and dodge moving cars and the occasional hurl from me since i took too much medicine.
By the time i get home its LATE and ill i want to do is pass out, so i do. The next morning I have to call into work because im too sick and to drugged up to go in. Not only did i almost die this weekend, I got my phone taken away, grounded for a month, oh and had to get a second job. We can thank my mom the punisher for that one.
Well thats all for now, ill keep you posted on next weekends adventures...hopefully there will be some even though im grounded (;
